BB, ppreciate your dd, but at some point you need to realize that what you're doing is not effective. You're not scaring the FDA, your threats are literally a joke to them. They probably see you as some lunatic investor who lost a ton of $ and is just ranting away. I'm not saying that you're wrong in your efforts but seriously, have you considered a different approach - I don't know what, maybe engage FDA in a conservation first, and don't aim at the high level employee, because you'll certainly be ignored.

We need a lawyer to file against the FDA and I believe part of the lawsuit could contain an urgent request for the court to grant Anchor approval. This should also go to the FBI...since the agency ends in a vowel they can assume they are Italians and file RICO act charges. Seems the only people charged for that by the FBI happen to be Italian Americans. These people (FDA) act in the same manner as the mafia and since their tactics do lead to death they are no different! We need a LAWYER.....even a bad one because a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against the FDA along with requests to compel them to do their job will finally create some media attention.
