Appears CBAY has been on the sho-list for awhile, which explains why the pps has fallen off so much. Naturally, if CBAY we're trading north of 2 bucks, .04 wouldn't seem so odd.

Also obvious is the difference between previously considered o/s and actual present o/s. Appears dilution may have had much to do with the drop as well. As I've said before, many companies are built on the backs of the first investors, who sacrificed good money only to watch it continually lose value, while the company continues to dilute, and help drive the pps down. No doubt, for acquisitions, this is neccessary. Hopefully, sufficient funds have been raised now. Since they are near ready to announce a major acquistion, this, we can assume, or assume atleast for the time being.

Time for the cycle to continue. Trend is and should remain upward until either it levels at FMV, or dilution for next acquisition comes into play. It's a continual cycle, as I see it, or atleast in this case, for the foreseeable future.
