Actually whoever pumps/hypes/promotes one to buy this 0001 play could be the shorty or fake paper seller.

One can't short unless you have a buyer, one can't sell fake shares unless you got a buyer of the 0001 paper.

So who been spending time and muchooo $$ (2IR's) promoting this for last 6years?
