If there is more trials, maybe per the press release we will see Braun, helping with the cost.

The companies also stated, as part of their working relationship, that B. Braun would be conducting further randomized controlled studies in its UK centres of excellence in knee arthroplasty and bone healing. It is anticipated that the relationship will extend to Germany and other territories after the initial roll out in the UK.

Lol, well I suppose that is fair.
I do have another rebuttal...
1)

More likely than not Braun would want packaging specific to their Enhanced Recovery Surgical Programs. I would say an investment of at least $50-100k for BIEL to get the ball rolling.

If this was the case, why wouldn't Braun be paying for the specific packaging that BIEL could only use for Braun???
This is getting into the plot for Horrible Bosses 2. Bad company places large order with no money upfront. Good company completes order. Bad company doesn't buy already made products. Good company now has no money/huge inventory and bad company can come in and buy good company/good company's products for pennies on the dollar.

2)Overall, I do agree with your assessment here. But...As much time as BIEL has now had to get things ready/right, if they are not ready to submit a 510k today, we will not be making money here.
