BeauBeau would put money on VOIS Issued and Outstanding of VOIS Common Shares being @ somewhere between 1.6 to 2.0 Billion! Last KNOWN number came from VOIS's last 8-K filing back on Nov. 3, 2014. Being that VOIS's dilution has been ramping up, and FACTS have been presented to show as such, I would not be surprised to see the next filing showing VOIS with over 2 Billion Outstanding. Depends on when we see that next filing! OS will be 2 Bilion+ if next filing isn't seen until VOIS's 10-K in April! History dictate that 2014 10-K won't be filed by March 31 Deadline and we'll see Driscoll file for an extension (NT), cuz Synapse will not have been released by then either!
