it has nothing to do with the conversion ...I am talking about the escrow shares P,K and Q . We all know that the assets belonging to original Wamu ..right?

the reason I think it has nothing to do with conversion rate because MW owns only Q...I believe P and K will be PAR + 6 yrs interest and the rest will be Q...it does not matter what, we all make money.
