I believe WaMu-tower got liquidated too. My guess it wasn't WMB who bought the building... Book value on the WaMu-offices real estate value...

FDIC I don't think they will charge us more than roughly a billion a year in administrative costs. If they do, Susman will do their magic I'm sure. FDIC receiver still isn't released.
