That's only a part to the story. As soon we get an approval you will see that the pps of BMSN will follow RGBP. Till that time, investors pricing in a discount because of the bigger risks for BMSN, such as the risk of dilution and the possibility of an R/S. The market is always right and prices in everything.

At least we have a good day so far for RGBP.
