Kimmons stole the SmartOne technology that we all invested in and moved to Childrens Internet. (C-I-C-T) All of the development was paid for by EDoorways investors who were left with nothing and then Kimmons took a huge share payout then left the company in the hands of his lawyer. We have been left with a shell.

Please provide the SEC Filing link where this information exists? CICT....? Where does this information come from? Thanks
