Looks like I have to eat my own words. I looked up VozBrasil in the us trademarks search

And saw that it is GlobeTel. I then went back and reread the first paragraph of the PR and it is right there, "GlobeTel Communications Corp. (AMEX:GTE), today announced the launch of VozBrasil(TM) (http://www.vozbrasil.com), a service which will allow Brazilians to call their friends

Globetel launched it so they get all the money from it!!
