Either that, or Newbauer is a bullshit artist (from the get go) who has done nothing (other than sell shares) but make up stories of impending grandeur.

I think the market has decided. Obviously, not everyone can come to grips with the fact that this BS company has done nothing but BS.

They are probably just crossing their T's and dotting their I's before final submittal (hopefully) of the 211 back to FINRA. IMO.
