The max they can sell per this agreement is 75 million:


The Company shall reserve from its duly authorized capital stock a number of
shares of Common Stock at leasl equal to the greater of the number of shares that couid be issued
pursuant to the terms of the Order and that Company shall reserve at its transfer agent, at a
minimum, Seventy Five Million (75,000,000) shares during the Valuation period in order to
ensure that it can properly carry out the terrns of this agreement;
