You forgot to calculate the minimum discount of 45%
That's why they had to secure at least 75M shares for IBC.
That was in Nov when the price was even higher.
Read all the Terms of this settlement, discount could be already way higher now...
And IBC will not own more that 9.99 % at any time to avoib a needed filing, they will exchange shares as needed, the cheaper they become the more they can convert.
