As far as the name change goes, I think what their plans were for the company have changed considerably since they first announced a name change. As others have commented here their plans are really much bigger now - or seem to be?
If insiders own as much as of the voting rights as we know, it doesn't matter who starts squabbling - those with the voting power will vote them out and structure the company the way they want to.
So I believe a name change will occur - just not to what we thought it would be. From all the DD posted here this seems to be heading for a three way merger. We do not know what will happen to the natural resources part yet either. Maybe spin it off into a private company?
However, one thing we will know is that when something is about to happen, the volume will pick up and the price will start to move, no matter about any non disclosure agreements that are in place!
