Oilgal and yourself are among the few I agree with. After deciding how long I want to hold, I have voted yes to both.

Toons39 - Next time you speak with Phil you need to let him/Dan know that shareholders await some PR's. Many would like to see management support the share price (and possibly some share appreciation) before the vote. Based on my conversations with investors that I have talked to, if management can provide some updates, shareholders would then give management what they need.

I have already voted yes for R/S and believe in what you have stated.

Toons or Buckeye, why shouldn't we wait until Dan officially comes on board on 3/1 or shortly thereafter. I don't believe he can issue anything officially until then anyway, and again the R/S only seems to make sense if they can uplist to the NAS. That means at least .20s by 3/10 at a 20:1 which clearly is the worst case scenario. I'm also open to anyone with insight on why we should or should not wait until then to vote. Thank you in advance.

I heard they will use the shares "freed up" from the AS, post RS to acquire Philip Morris!

I can assure you that they do not have the votes they need yet and that every non vote counts as a no. This is really hurting the yes vote.

Anybody else catch this??? It seems to me that while you sound well informed, you seem to be slightly misguided. A non-vote has already been established to result in a YES vote. I now question your "knowledge"

I too spoke with Phil today.

After the conversation and thinking about everything further, I strongly believe we should all Vote YES to the R/S and NO to the A/S increase and preferred shares.

If management is able to utilize to R/S to obtain healthier financing, clean up the toxic debt (without conversions), continue with their growth strategy, and substantially increase shareholder value along the way (as I strongly believe they will) - then at a later date, after they have gained our trust and made up for the mistakes of previous management, they can put up a preferred shares vote (if they still need them).

For now it is important to vote in the R/S and give management what they and we shareholders need.

You can also PM me your email address if you would like our CFOs number to speak with him personally.

The notion that Phil is concerned with the legality of releasing an informative p.r. to all shareholders but is comfortable giving the skinny to any Tom, Dick or Harry anonymous caller doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

I know people want more guidance on why they should vote yes and I asked him for it and his reply to me was it is very tricky with legal on what they can put out there because they have already stated their intentions on how they want you to vote. He did give me permission to give out his personal contact information and he very much wants to speak to you.
