I'm with you Deuce22, I won't vote until I see the white's of the eyes of the meeting and when I do vote it won't be because of any faceless poster on this forum. No disrespect to Toons or Buckeye but when I vote it will be because I believe it is in the best interests of ME and MY investment. I will vote Yes for the R/S and No for the A/S (Preferreds). JMHO

Toons said that Phil said "something very big is contingent on passing the RS". I take that to mean once they see they have the votes for the RS they can lock in potential investor they were talking about in a previous PR. Maybe once they have the votes for the RS, that invetor(s) is willing to buy up the shares to get them up to ie. 20 cents, so then the RS will put them in up list land. JMO.
