Typically the only times you get 'Huge News' is when they doing equity financing,(finders fee will be paid)or the insiders are dumping ...,,they pump the stock,or try to,in order to mine the gold in naive shareholders pockets.who have more money than brains,or actualy believe they are being 'let in' by their 'friends'
Chances are.if anybody actually learns the truth,it's more by coincidence than design
