So let me ask your opinion on this part of the PR:

The Company ... anticipates a possible notification of an award by June of 2015.

Quite a hedge I would say, but do you think it could mean that an up or down decision will be made around June 2015? Usually these Federal government proposal calls have well-defined timelines.
