Actually, I am laughing out loud because some of the posts are very funny.

As for the taxes going down, I stated that from March to Dec they went DOWN! I didn't say anything about from last quarter to this quarter reports.

Ok, compare payroll taxes from March 2014 to June 2014 and they went DOWN again:

March 2014 $669,575
June 2014 $612,716

So there is your quarterly as saying comparing 9 months aren't allowed.
