i think it might be a good time to get back into NDOL/NWOG if you pulled out earlier (like myself).

Financials figured out means moving forward with OTC-BB, means less flippers and more investors coming.

ekythump-seems like you got it right in the simplest terms-now what we have to confirm when we see the 8K is if the market agrees with how NDOL put a $2.17 PPS on itself!
You should have posted this a week ago and we would have had a 1000 or so less posts this week :)
