Apparently Parkin and gang have been working this weekend to get the consolidated financials for NWOG up by Monday (maybe tuesday).
He says that people will then see why the merger was done.
Also he made a comment on Aurus' debt being footnoted to elaborate on how Russian legislation requires underdeveloped assets to be balanced with long-term liabilities and that this isn't money owed to a third party, and isn't debt in the traditional sense.
Both of these things should be mentioned in the two companies' PRs this week and you should all be very excited for both of them come Monday/Tuesday.
