Lets see, I am not sure where you get your number from, but assuming it is right, well.....

They have $140,000,000 annual gross revenue on the table for the next five years running.

Now, $9,000,000 (again, your number, not mine) of debt works out to about 6.4% of the possible revenue. That's even better that I thought.
