#84879 RE: janice shell #84869

I found this..discussing much more than the FITX part which I excerpted:

http://www.stockhouse.com/news/newswire/2015/02/11/medical-marijuana-update-the-growing-threat-an-mmpr-class-action-lawsuit

The new CEO of Creative Edge Nutrition (OTO:FITX, Stock Forum), James Robinson, put out a news release that one long holder said on Twitter impressed him for its grammar, which says a lot about the old CEO, pump and dump overseer Bill Chaaban. The news release basically admitted there’s nothing the company can do to wash away the actions of the past, but pledged to build an energy drink brand that will have huge celebrity endorsements and be sold in every store, despite the fact the company is basically insolvent.

So, really, the same shit under a different name.

Oh, also, those FITX bagholders who bought it for the weed play (that will never happen) might be interested to realise they don’t actually own the weed play. That’s part of the CEN Biotech spin-out. You know, the spin-out that has NO PAPERWORK FILED at all.

Sorry FITX cultists, but the weed play was stolen from you. Thankfully, it never existed so you haven’t actually lost anything... other than your life savings.

Oh yeah, it was also revealed this week that the non-existent weed facility has permits only for a fence, is ‘several kilometres away’ from the sewer system, has access only to enough water to supply the 12-homes around it, and would need ‘significant’ upgrades to hydro access to operate.

“They have indicated they want to grow medical marijuana on the site. For us, there is no application or proposal,” said Steve Salmons, Lakeshore director of community and development services.

Good luck, Bill-ievers.
