moose - the pop came because they posted on their website that news would be out within the week - mm's ran it up and the news came out premarket the next day but was not the news expected - it was only an explanation why they hadn't made the january launch they had promised in the last pr

by the way - the statement on their site to watch for news was the same filler they had previous to the actual "this week" promise if i remember correctly - imo they will do the same thing again for whatever reason - just a guess that they think it's a good idea

my fear is they will miss this deadline - and not explain it until the summer

Hello, First post here but I have been lurking....Moose asked...Actually, I have something worthwhile to say/ask. Within the last 2 months, the share price surged from like 0.005 to around 0.03 ... I wasn't here for that; was there any reason? Embarassed to just be asking nowWell


Moose I think this is a good question......Let me do some stock history and then ask a few questions myself.I have been watching this company for a few years now.


A few years back there was a reverse split 5 for 1 leaving a total of 201.26 Million Shares Outstanding with the Float being 106.18 Million Shares. (This would mean the company has at least One Billion Shares Aurorized) The price at that time was mid 30 cent range volume under 100 thousand.May 2005 stock price at 16 cents but dropped to 8 cents even with the General Haig story. There was PR out that summer and fall and winter.....Jan 06 stock price below 1 cent and volume jumbed to range of half million shares a day. I bought in Feb at .005 and again in Mar at .004. The Float was still 106.18 Million Shares and volume had jumped up to millions of shares a day.Mon Mar 27th stock closed at current high of 3 cents .....and then started drifting downward. I noticed on May 5th that the Outstanding shares changed to 292.11 Million shares an increase of around 91 Million Shares and the Float increased around 48 Mllion Shares to 154.12 Millon Shares a 50 per cent increase in shares.


Having said that it seems to me the company stopped the upward trend at the time by pumping more stock into the market.....My Questions....


Does anyone know the date that stock was put to the market? (I have a guess)


Why did the company raise money by devalueing the stock holders equity?


If the Company has a Billion Shares Authorized will they continue to to devalue the current stock holders equity by putting even more stock to the market?


I have enjoyed reading this forum and I remain bullish on this Company untill something proves me wrong.
