Makes cents, you forgot about the rational explanation of the "Death Spirals". I can't remember if Wharton recommends applying the spiral method in technical analysis 101. Anyways, sounds intimidating to persuade investors to stay away. They have invented lights so DKAM investors can turn it on to stop the fear of the dark at bedtime.
