pacify until next week , lol .

My friend is a nurse in an ER here .

A doctor and his wife , also a doctor , bought Harley Davidson's

to match . Only problem is they don't know how to ride them , lol .

My friend and her husband are riders , so she said ,my husband

I will teach you .

So last weekend they met and were getting a lesson in bike riding .

The lady Dr. said , hear you play the market .

Not really , my Friend said , we own one stock , on a good friends recommendation .

Which one , she said , CMKX my friend said .

WOW , you got into that , yes , my friend said . Do you know

about it . I'll say , she said , everybody does , NOW , that it's too late .

Your gonna be rich , that was the biggest STING of all time .

That is the stock that trapped the market manipulators , and

beat them at their own game . KUDOS to you guys for owning

it .

I thought , this was a little exciting , even though , I know , what we have .

It's still nice to hear from someone unrelated .

Hey everyone.. I got alittle feel good story too..

My buddy (fellow cmkxer) told his stoker broker friend from Wall Street (he lives in New York City) about CMKX in the summer of 04. The WS guy was very interested in the fact that Roger Glenn was our lawyer and bought 50,000,000 shares (at .0004) but didn't tell any of his WS friends or clients about CMKX.. About 6 months ago he called my buddy and said "it looks like we where a scam and we've lost our money".

He called my friend last week and said that CMKX (and Shore Gold) is the talk of wall street (before the Oshlin PalTalk Night). He said everyone is talking about the CMKX settlement and the amounts range from $.01 to $10 per share. He said he thinks it's gonna be around $.05/share.

So Wall Street know about us eh. lol.....

--------------
ah-hah..we were right.. shore is cmkx and cmkx is shore gold..

talk of the town, huh? way to go..

from what i know and my experience, when wall street loves you, the sky is the limit.. and they love talk..

remember, shore had unlimited shares for a a/s.. works for us with our crazy naked short..

Hey guys.. This guy is a very wealthy and successful stock broker that is semi retired (and in his early 30s). He hasn't told anyone he has CMKX and just listens.

I have another friend (also a cmkxer and retiredby23 on this forum) that has a geoligist friend that works near Sudbury. He talked to him about the FLAC area last week and his friend said that FLAC area is the hot bed for mining (exploration) in the world now. Remember back in the days when know one knew anything about Saskchawan or the FLAC area.. The secret is out!!!!

Looks like we've been right all along

The magnitude of the trading activity in CMKM Diamonds as well as the abuses in naked shorting were so substantial that it was necessary to stop trading in the stock to a handle on who was doing what, for whom, and when. I believe the administrative hearing was orchestrated. I don't believe that the company brought out a deficiency in the company's filings to get themselves accidently revoked. I also don't believe that there was no financials when agreements between CMKM Diamonds and other parties required financials for the agreements to remain in force. By the way, the agreements remained in force, so you tell me if they had financials. I found it rather intriguing that a bulletin board stock which was non-reporting was required to file audited financials. I found it rather humorous that Urban took the fifth and Maheu pretended not to know what was going on. I found it rather hard to believe that they couldn't get an auditor on board either. I never saw the basis under the law that would allow CMKM Diamonds to be revoked. Therefore it was necessary for the company to revoke itself before the law played itself out. The biggest short trap in history and it was played perfectly. I believe it was Jay Adobe who stated that things are not necessarily as they appear on the surface. Especially when the company is buying back its shares, but has no clue how to do financials or was it because they wanted to be able to get as many shares as possible by allowing the price to be deflated. I even liked the appeal on behalf of the company which gave them even more time to pick up shares at a bargain basement price compliments of certain broker/dealers.
