Having talked to Daryll twice and my broker talked to him once, SPZI 'appears" to be a solid and 'carefully growing company'. They are not pushing more than they can handle. This is not a "PR" company and I find this refreshing. I have 1 million shares (@0.0170,)to date and feel comfortable. I also am watching this very closely,- as after the fraud many of us went thru with WHAI, --I have a problem with trust!

What are the likely subjects of a major announcement?
