Good morning JLT! Once we get out of this holding pattern the MM's have us in, your right, the next logical step is for spzi pps to take off. We are all waiting for that official send off from the CEO and I appreciate the insight you have been able to give us, from Paul, in the meantime.
I am invested in a private company that is in the process of getting on the pink sheets...and with all the hoops to jump, lawyers and specialists needed to to get through that process, it doesn't surprise me that SPZI is being very careful and cautious about their next moves...especially if they want to jump the boards.
The logistics of business is a very time consuming process, especially when a company is about to make major announcements or changes. Everything has to be in place, in a professional and legal sense.
The question "some people" need to ask themselves...is that if they were the CEO of SPZI...would they just pump out PR's to artificially inflate the pps...not a good long term goal?
Or would they take the time to do the job right! Wait for all the key components for an announcement, to be in place, and then put out a strong PR?
That's what an accountable, thoughtful and professional CEO would and must do!!!
That's what Paul is doing.
Good to hear from you JLT!

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
My opinions are my own. You have to decide and do what's best for you.
