bskjohnson, well said and I agree 100%. Let the man do his job, this is a critical period for the Company. Maybe, subsequent events after the Q ended needed to be modified before the 10Q is released.

I think Jane will be played by Holly Hunter in the ERHC feature film, um, I mean Epic. Picture Holly as the secretary in the movie, The Firm, dressed like Sally Fields in Forrest Gump, as Gump's mother--a whiskey drinking, tobacco smoking hard-ass with horn-rimmed glasses, a flowered dress and a matronly appearance. When the phone rings she chops at it with the back of her fist and in one fluid motion it flips into her hand and she brings to her ear. "Alright, who's bothering me now?" Her voice is crippling and the caller just quietly hangs up.

If Brandhuber is too busy to handle IR then HIRE SOMEONE. He has $45M at his disposal. If he can't solve this SIMPLE issue we may be in for a long and bumpy road.
