I'm cutting Walter Brandhuber some slack here. He has to be an extremely busy man. Putting together and watching over the deals ERHC is involved in is no easy task. I wonder how much sleep or family time he's getting right now. He probably gets to spend weekends with his family every once in a while and that's about it.

20 years ago I didn't have a problem working 48 straight hours to get some signatures on a contract, and I had a complete staff helping me. These days it's not so fun anymore. Every written word means something so you can't just skim through and sign at the bottom. Brandhuber's legal expertise is invaluable right now.

Writing PR's and being concerned about stock value is so far down on his list of priorities it's not even funny. Those things are important but looking after the well being of the company is top priority right now. Even though we have some well respected partners , don't think they won't take advantage of us if they think they can get away with it. A certain far-eastern company especially.

Jane sounds like she has some personality issues but look at it from her perspective. By design she basically knows nothing. Since ERHC is listed on an US exchange she is there to fulfill SEC requirements. Her job is to answer the phone, she's not a trained public relations specialist. What would happen to the company legally if while answering one of your investor questions, she accidentally let out some non-public information? OOOOOPS!

Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. I couldn't figure out why it seemed like one of my competitors knew everything I was doing, or about to do. Turned out one of the secretaries had a boy friend that worked for my competitor. I'm not very proud of how I handled that situation.

What ERHC/Brandhuber is involved in takes time to complete. The old saying, "the devil is in the details", couldn't be more true.

The situation we stockholders find ourselves in isn't any fun. I guess it's just human nature to try to figure out why things aren't going the way we think they should be going. I can tell you that the conspiracy theories are fun to read but have no basis in reality. I'm getting a huge kick out of Rancho.

Gravity more than anything is what is pulling our sp down. It happens to all energy stocks without news. Hopefully news will cause a nice bounce.

Some long time investors that I respect have gone to free shares, that's fine. Not me. If my friend IAD's predictions come true I'm buying another load. The word GIFT comes to mind.
