Yep the debtors controlled the whole process. And who was the debtors. The hedge funds who bought wm debt. Not the shareholders. They negotiated the whole settlement without the shareholders approval. Rosie was only taken orders from his client and his client was not the shareholders like everyone thought. The hedge funds controlled everything. IMO
