Dilution is not something to worry about, there's a purpose for it that we should soon learn from Cirque, and if they'd need cash for paying debt they already have a 5 millions deal with Kodiac.
I'm really very optimistic (now a lot more than few months ago) about what's going to happen in the coming weeks with the filings completed, they have already tell us a lot of things :

As we have announced, we plan to bring to operation a project in Midland, Texas in 2015 that will feature four of our proprietary deployable gasification units (DGUs) to generate approximately 2.5MW of renewable energy. In addition, we are actively working on several other similar projects that we hope to announce early in 2015. The Cirque team is also actively working on acquisition opportunities in the independent biomass power plant sector. We will provide more detailed information on these projects when possible."

"Detroit C&D Operation – The City of Detroit has over 90,000 vacant and derelict structures that need to be demolished or rehabilitated. Our plan is to construct a C&D recycling center for repurpose and recovery of C&D wastes, as well as future energy production. We continue to work on development of this project with a goal of operations by the end of 2014."
Cirque management has been working hard in 2014 and is about to give us some fruits ! Let's hope all of us shareholders will be rewarded fot our confidence in this company.
