Yeah, I had objections to that term as well, but let it die, as it is pretty much irrelevant. I seriously doubt he spent much time reading our discourse over potential litigation in the first place, as the analysis was cool and level-headed from any rational perspective.

I've also have no appetite (or chance) in linguistic battle with HR. It would be like me challenging my grandmother over the Sunday NY Times crossword. The "mercy rule" would be my only salvation.

Hi Veblen - You are correct in that "salacious" is normally used to describe something sexually offensive or offensively sexual. I didn't use the adjective literally, but metaphorically. I could've used "provocative", but that would be a neutered connotation of the tone I was trying to describe. I'm sure if I broke out a thesaurus I'd find a better word, but I think I made my point...maybe not?
