Good point Alibi. Is it really necessary for them to report their filings on time. Being an OTC stock, they don't have to fully report financials. I think that's the situation. It can be frustrating as shareholders. The accountants, financial reps, might just be presenting enough info to establish given report necessary and may not be penalized for late filing.
