I read through this n it's pretty much as far fetched a contract that I have ever read. Nothing bad can happen. They get paid regardless of what happens to the company. Something not right with this statement/ agreement/ contract. I think shareholders are pretty much screwed.

That seems a little high for a company that has not progressed, the $75k I can stomach for the amount of exposure he will face but the 7 milly is a little much, that is another 70k. And the golden parachute clause is a little high for a high risk sector where no one cares any more.

The entire mining industry is in a funk and those types of salaries are acceptable if something happens within the next year but that is an up hill climb. Sure the closeology is great and the promise is great but investors throughout this continent have been taken to the woodshed. The mining center in Vancouver is looking like a ghost town these days.

IF they find a viable target and IF they find a J/V partner and IF shareholders increase their net worth on this holding then the pay-scale is justified, but a "me first everyone else to the back of the bus" management style does not work.

I wish everyone the best, I would hope that Jordon pulls this one off, not only for his sake but for everyone still in this one.
