The entire mining industry is in a funk and those types of salaries are acceptable if something happens within the next year but that is an up hill climb. Sure the closeology is great and the promise is great but investors throughout this continent have been taken to the woodshed. The mining center in Vancouver is looking like a ghost town these days.
IF they find a viable target and IF they find a J/V partner and IF shareholders increase their net worth on this holding then the pay-scale is justified, but a "me first everyone else to the back of the bus" management style does not work.
I wish everyone the best, I would hope that Jordon pulls this one off, not only for his sake but for everyone still in this one.
