No, there is no reason why it would be suspended. The company is active and selling products. They are releasing monthly PR's and have all their paperwork in order. Just another diamond in the rough waiting to be found.
People are just waiting to see the Fins before jumping in hard is my guess. But that is the case with most OTC stocks. Most want just a little prove things are looking good before getting in. But do not worry.... once this stock starts the climb it is going to be amazing regardless of what some may believe.
