Those are just standard pages that pop up when sites go down. Basically they become advertising until either the sites are restored or the domains are lost and then will be shown available for sale. As of now the domains are not available for purchase. It appears better than the sites pointing nowhere as they had recently but this just proves that the sites were simply taken down. I hope for all that they are simply reorganizing but this result is a standard practice when hosting services are not being utilized.
