41% of $5.10= $2.11

2.20 x 243 = 534 million. 1,250 - 534 = 716 million. 534/1250 = 43%. 1,250 - 527 = 723. 527/1250 = 42%.

This will come out in the wash when the new shares are issued. The 41%/59% will be in official documents and share counts. I only showed the numbers above because the $1.70 makes no less cents.
