in that case, 243 / .41 = 592 mil shs. ( 592 x .59 = 349 as you mentoined )

1.25 billion est. value / 592 mil = 1.73.

How do you jive that with this, " The total merged enterprise value is currently estimated at USD $1.25 billion, representing approximately $2.20 per Nord Oil International shares post merger."
