This was masterfully planned out for months. They gave shareholders a day notice. Management wants the share price much higher, and it has become a huge obstacle with the high short interest. So the R/S with major press will force the shorts to cover very fast. Lets just say a lot of people will be buying this stock as soon as press comes out. 34 million float is very small compared to most micro caps. I see a major short squeeze as soon as trading returns.
