Why? The 8k has told me all I need to know. Two respected and successful scientists have agreed to lead the company for the next 3 years and be compensated as a bonus with shares of stock. Vesting is scheduled in such a way that they clearly expect FDA approval for both IND applications in days, weeks, or a few months max. These scientists are being compensated for recruiting other scientists, completing preclinical trials, presenting findings at scientific and other meetings, writing peer reviewed papers for scientific journals presumably to deliver to the widest audience the importance and VALUE (read Big Pharma) of the science and efficacy of their treatment. I believe they agreed to this because their dialogue with the FDA has been positive. Otherwise they would have moved on as I'm certain their services are in demand.
