when they say "as a result of that merger, Nord OIl shareholders will own 41% and NWOG owns 59% of the newly created entity to be named NOG", it tells me all of NWOG and NDOL changes to NOG. I don't read it to mean that NOG is a new subsidiary of NWOG.
