Rick,

the thing that tells me it is not all of NWOG is that they said "two divisions" of NWOG. When they said the new entity to be "renamed" NOG, it is renamed because NDOL is what it is currently called. They are reverse merging into NDOL. Their shareholders own 59%. So in a sense, it is a subsidiary of NWOG.
