rick, it did say that they were merging with 2 divisions. The word "just" was not used, but when you say 2 divisions of North-West, that is pretty explanatory I think.

News: Nord "Quoted" and Interpreted:
According to the company, Nord Oil International Inc. will acquire by way of a reverse merger 100% of the outstanding shares of *two divisions of the North-West Oil Group*,
namely:
1. "North-West Oil Group-Saratov" Ltd. and
2. Company "Neftegazenergo" Ltd.

As the result of that merger, Nord Oil International shareholders will own a total of 41% and the shareholders of the North-West Oil Group will own 59%:*** of the newly created entity to be ***renamed the Northwest Oil Group.****

The total merged enterprise value is currently estimated at USD $1.25 billion, representing approximately $2.20 per Nord Oil International shares post merger.

It tells you post merger value!

1. Saratove Ltd div holds 5 of the 6 oil licenses
So that means you get the oil or 5/6 just with that division.
2. I assume that Company Neftegazenergo has the other license making 6 total in the Rusian oil fields

I am running out of my 15 posts so if I don't answer you will know why!
