Smoke Screen: I have thought about this reverse split. Company removes 3 members of management off the website, no news releases, no filings with the state of Nevada. I am not buying it!! These guys are all buddies, and there not going anywhere. They have had deals and contracts in place for months. This is very well planned out. Management was recently shown together in video last week. The only trading going on is artificial wash trading. There are very few retail holders. They are not promoting it, so it is safe to do wash trades and still own the float. Makes more sense to lower the PPS to shake out any remaining retail holders. There are always huge financial backers behind this company. This is an artificial smoke screen, and about to be promoted, with heavy news. A reverse split will help them liquidate there inventory much faster. This will go up like a bang very soon. IMO...
Of course, I might be 100% wrong and Hymers and Blankenship go to Jail for stock and securities fraud.
