For those of you doubting this will be a PR shortly or don't believe this info, just remember this was on an official government website so we know it is coming for sure.
I really hope they correct the AT LEAST 6 spelling/grammatical errors that I saw at first glance. To be honest it is kind of embarrassing on the gov website let alone being released in an official PR!!!
