What we do know is that there is an official USPTO.gov filing by an attorney that outlines “Avanzar” and “The Herbal Collection” expansion that will translate to additional revenues for $MINE. We will realize revenues from Avanzar and Level 5 from this deal. The question now is a PR spelling it out and a timeline. There are still some assumptions I am making, but seems fairly evident on the business case. Given this filing on 2/4/2015, it should not be long before Vanis puts out a PR, especially now that we have insight. BTW, I member marked you burrztradz for the discovery of the USPTO filing!
