Thanks for correcting me. What you are saying is the VWAp could end up being
$2.18, therefore the conversion price is $2.18 and not either/or locked at $2.25 as a ceiling or $1.75 as the floor. OK... I was under the impression it was either/or, thanks for the correction, this makes me feel much better on this whole "control the PPS issue." Because they are definitely holding this at $2.20 PPS.
