LOL, Do you really think all the individual shareholders would sell out the entire float at the ridiculous low price $0.25? No way! Because MCII has only 65,375 shares of FIXED Hyper Tiny float in which just less than one third of the float are available for trading based on the past trading records... No any single share dilution after the R/S! The maximal volume day was 04/02/2014: total 20,812 shares traded at $8.3 ~ $1.7! The next day (04/03) had the third largest volume in history: total 8,999 shares traded at $14.2 ~ $4.5!

I have been seeing "someone" buy/sell shares ONE at a time....

Which means no any dilution at all after the R/S! Many many fractional shares like 1 ~ 15 shares sold by the retails...
